The Opportunity

Brands Talent Acquisition Executive 

Barcelona / Permanent position 

We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition executive, who will be a strategic partner for our business (Carolina Herrera, Loto del Sur, Lifestyle Brands population) and HR areas.
The purpose of the position is to source, attract, hire and onboard the right talent and support the organization in its recruitment strategy. 

What you´ll get to do

•    Act as a partner providing advice on all areas of recruitment and ensure fluid and effective communication with the Brands team.
•    Source candidates to build a robust candidate pipeline to be able to anticipate our recruitment needs.
•    Manage the full recruitment process while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience (choose the appropriate post advertisement channel, post job offers, screen resumes, conduct interviews and close the process).
•    Ensure accuracy of data in the recruitment database and identify talent acquisition opportunities by analysing data and developing creative and effective sourcing strategies (Talent mapping, benchmark reports…).
•    Be in direct contact with the HR Administration team to proceed with different requests (new hirings, contract renewals and all types of administrative duties).
•    Manage the onboardings for new joiners.
•    Work strategically on new proposal to develop our Brands recruitment strategy.

We´d love to meet you if you have

- Experience: a minimum of 2 of years’ experience as a recruiter in company or headhunter agency, a previous experience in beauty/luxury sector would be a great asset
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or similar
- Languages: Fluent English, Spanish or French would be a real advantage. 

- Competences:
o Ability to manage a large scale of recruitment processes;
o Great interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently; 
o Willingness to work in a multicultural environment;
