La oportunidad

Reporting to Puig Beauty & Fashion Communications director and based in Barcelona. As Beauty & Fashion Communications specialist within the Beauty & Fashion Communications and Events team, you will be in charge of developing and implementing a tailor-made and differentiating internal corporate communication strategy to engage the B&F community in a way that fuses culture, business, and relevance. Joining a team of three, you will contribute to promoting and sustaining a strong, positive and inclusive corporate culture in line with the Puig values. As part of the Beauty & Fashion communication strategy aligned with our strategic plan, you will work in close collaboration with HR, brands, markets and operations’ teams.

Tus retos

Developing the internal communication strategy 

  • Design and deploy an innovative internal communication strategy aligned with the Puig Beauty & Fashion strategic roadmap and transformation objectives, through a curated editorial calendar integrating culture, industry best practices and emerging trends. 
  • Transform topics into communication opportunities and develop creative and engaging communication campaigns to highlight internal projects and strategic initiatives, using various formats and adapted digital content.
  • Ensure smooth and effective communication between the team, internal cross-functional teams, and external agencies, using appropriate communication tools and promoting fairness and respect.

 
Managing internal communication tools and digital platforms 

  • Ideate, manage, produce, and update corporate content in all formats (copywriting, video editing, photos, etc.), working closely with the team, internal cross-functional teams, and external agencies, ensuring its coherence and alignment with the overall communication strategy.
  • Manage internal communication platforms on a daily basis, ensuring that they are regularly updated and relevant to team members. 
  • Develop new communication tools and supports to strengthen team engagement.
  • Manage image bank and coordinate brands’ update.

Creating Corporate events / Animation and commitment of the team members  

  • Plan and organize internal events aimed at strengthening cohesion and team spirit, aligned with our strategic plan, ESG agenda and DEIB roadmap while supporting our transformation. 
  • Oversee timeline & resource allocation (budgets, logistics, vendors…) to ensure successful, seamless execution and high-quality team members’ experience 
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners to deliver exceptional event experiences
  • Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
  • Analyze success and prepare reports

Monitoring and improving communication actions  

  • Monitor performance, analyze impact & effectiveness and develop strategies to improve KPIs and provide recommendation for optimization.
  • Survey trends and benchmark best practices in internal communication.
  • Media/Speaking opportunity request’s management (gather & assess requests, coordinate with internal stakeholders)
  • Administrative follow-up of the department (budget, purchase order #, etc) in collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders

Communication or Advertising schools, Communication / Information university degrees, Journalism Schools, Business school with a communication major.

Requirements

  • A first experience in corporate communication and/or agency or advertiser or media
  • Analytical and synthetic mindset
  • Outstanding written communication skills 
  • Strength of conviction and high sense of diplomacy
  • High ethics and respect for confidentiality
  • Excellent skills in project management and transversal management
  • Excellent skills in digital communications 
  • Sensitive to the world of luxury, fashion and beauty
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
