Mission:
The PUIG Global Niche Consumer Engagement Director will be responsible for defining integrated Paid, Owned, Earned Media, including CRM & CI Strategy for leading PUIG Brands in an omnichannel environment. Providing the markets with clear framework so they will operate and adapt locally whilst keeping the strategic consistency.
Thanks to deep understanding of the audience based on strong data analysis and consumer insights, the Global Niche Consumer Engagement Director will recommend the most efficient media mix combining traditional & digital media, as well as paid, owned and earned media tactics, to achieve sustainable and profitable growth in an omnichannel environment with a strong DTC model.
She/ he will support the local adaptation of the strategy across the world thanks to great network coordination skills, engaging with the media and marketing global and local communities.
Ultimately she/ he will be able to gather learnings both quantitative through detailed analysis of campaign KPI and results and qualitative with local best practices identification and sharing, to reapply and improve next campaign.
The Global Niche Consumer Engagement Director will also ensure coordination of all Brand key stakeholders to align vision and ambition (marketing operational, com & PR, content production, retail… ).
The Global Niche Consumer Engagement Director have as well a transversal role in the Global Consumer Engagement team, leading some strategic initiatives (Digital / Media Education, tools & methodologies evolution, … ) which will serve all brands & Markets.
Ce que vous aurez à faire
Responsibilities/Key Tasks:
- Develop and implement the Global Consumer Engagement strategy across all platforms and designated brands
- Nurture key relationships across all consumer engagement players (Digital perf, CRM, CI… )
- Support Global Marketing teams to evaluate global investment evolution for strategic planning in partnership with Markets.
- Apply a Goal based approach with clear objective set up, to optimize ROAS in an omnichannel environment.
- Communicate continuously and evaluate progress against key metrics and seek systematically for ways to optimize performance.
- Accountable for growth and optimization of consumer awareness, through paid, owned and earned media tactics combination.
- Leverage data analysis in partnership with agency to better understand competitive landscape and key learnings from PCA
- Collaborate internally with Brand Marketing teams to ensure Consumer Engagement is a contributor to their brand growth
- Contribute to seek 1st to markets innovation across digital partners
- Collaborate strongly with key centralized resources such as, marketing, digital, PR/influencer, ecommerce, IT, Omnichannel...as well as with Consumer Insights team on understanding audiences and performance of campaigns through SOM trends.
- Develop and execute ongoing media presentation for Brands and leadership teams (strategy +reporting+education)
- Maintain strong relationship and collaboration with the media Agency of Record as well as key partners on Earned and Owned media, with a special focus on influencers.
- Nurture the global Consumer Engagement community thanks to sharing best practices, articles, and keep on being up to date about the latest evolution in digital marketing and media with a strong focus on AI opportunities.

Experience:
- 7+ years in media with agency background and significant time spent in Consumer Engagement strategy across all media channels (Digital, OOH, Print, TV, CRM) with a specific focus on performance and acquisition digital strategies.
- DDM experience, including modeling methodologies implementation
- Managed media budgets across multiple brands/sub-brands, client or agency side
- Strong knowledge of digital media landscape and current/emerging platforms & technologies
- Substantial experience with digital media strategy and activation to build synergies with Ecom and E-retail teams
- Global and beauty experience is a must
- Track record of creating and executing a Global Consumer Engagement strategy answering business objectives
- Strong understanding of the KPIs to optimize media performance
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams
- Experience in a dynamic, matrix organization
- Experience in growing strong partnerships with key digital players
- Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within an organization
- Techno: Microsoft Suite, GMP, Business Manager, Media Syndicated Service
Languages:
Fluent in English and French, Spanish is a plus
