The Opportunity

 

Kama Ayurveda is the number 1 holistic beauty brand in India, launching in London in summer 2023. Originating in India over 6000 years ago,​ Ayurveda is the oldest documented body of holistic medical knowledge.​ It expounds a way-of-life,​ focusing on the balance between Mind, Body and Soul.​ Kama Ayurveda is Kind to you, Kind to skin, Kind to our planet, and we are delighted to bring our range of face, body, hair and skincare products to the UK.

We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team at our first Spa in the UK, in a beautiful new location in Notting Hill. Providing an elevated customer service, you will be selling our holistic products and spa services to our clients, and will be fully trained in our service ritual and products to ensure you are able to deliver a luxury experience.

 

What you'll get to do

 

  • Pro-actively drive sales, ensure that both personal targets and counter targets are met, and to strive to exceed set targets
  • Raise awareness of the Kama Ayurveda brand, educating clients in our product and treatment range
  • Ensure that customer service is of the highest standard at all times
  • Keep our location beautiful ensuring the boutique and treatment areas are kept to the highest standard of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation
  • Participate fully in promotional / PR activity to ensure the success of the promotion or event
  • Assist the Account Management Team in accurately recording sales figures and stock levels.
  • Follow all GDPR and health and safety procedures

  • Experience in a luxury retail environment, ideally skincare, beauty or fragrance
  • A passion for customer service and you love to build relationships with your clients
