The Opportunity

As the Group DTC Ecommerce Director, you will be at the forefront of driving digital transformation across our beauty and fashion brands. Your mission is to elevate our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) strategy, ensuring best practices, seamless user experiences, and robust business growth. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, aligning roadmaps, and championing data-driven decision-making.

What you'll get to do

  • Curate and disseminate DTC best practice, strategies and insights to digital brand business owners
  • Oversee merchandising strategies, ensuring optimal product presentation, assortment and inventory
  • Drive intuitive navigation design, enhancing user journey and conversion
  • Implement rigorous testing methodologies to optimize user interfaces and enhance overall user satisfaction
  • Develop effective sampling programs to drive customer engagement and loyalty
  • Establish clear guidelines for promotions, discounts and special offers
  • Craft strategies to maximize cross selling and upselling opportunities
  • Ensure robust data collection methods for customer insights and personalization
  • Implement and maintain accurate GA tagging for performance tracking
  • Drive SEO best practices to enhance organic visibility and traffic
  • Advise on digital expansion strategies
  • Regularly analyze competitors’ digital initiatives and benchmark
  • Prepare comprehensive reports charting progress against budget and core KPIs
  • Harmonize P&L reporting across all brands
  • Work closely with corporate teams align roadmaps and planning methodologies
  • Steer the group’s white label website development roadmap prioritizing brand-specific needs
