The Opportunity
As Trade Marketing Specialist your mission is to define the best commercial practices in the Point of sales, levereging and defining promotional budget and resources for each client (key accounts), providing support to the Marketing, Commercial and Retail team through the building of plans, ensuring the coordination between services and brands.
What you´ll get to do
- Support Marketing and Retail optimizing marketing plans, forecast and purchases of Promotional and POS Material (based on ROI analysis).
- Category Management and support in Key Account Plan elaboration (provide common formats)
- Define common measurement standards to assure appropriate allocation of resources.
- Provide the organization with the required support to develop business plans per client.
- Assure the coordination between brand strategy and commercial strategy.
- Analyze sell-in, sell-out & VMS results in order to propose specific actions.
- Support Commercial Area in defining commercial policies, allocation of Promotional Budget and resources by Key Account.
- Control the promotional effectiveness of the Key clients gathering information from Retail & KA data and elaborating promotional effectiveness reports
We´d love to meet you if you have
- +5 years of experience in Commercial Trade Marketing, Category Management, Product or Key Account Management.
- Experience in team leadership.
- Strong attention to detail and Analytical skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Intermediate English Skills.
